Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation up to 15 days before your arrival we will refund you the whole amount. For cancellations between 15 and 5 days 50% of the total value will be refunded. Lastly for any cancellations less than 5 days before your expected arrival, you will get charged with the full amount and you are not entitled to a refund.

Payment Security

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode using the appropriate key.
